EARLY BIRD CONTEST
Register for the AGM luncheon & speaker before March 20, 2013 for a chance to win 2 tickets to see either the Calgary Flames in Calgary on April 19, 2013 or the Edmonton Oilers in Edmonton on April 21, 2013. Click "Registration" in the left-hand navigation to register for the lunch and to hear guest speaker, Dr. Janice Keefe. Please note that CARNA must receive your payment for the event by March 20, 2013 for your name to be eligible for the draw. Please see below for complete contest rules.

CONTEST RULES
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The CARNA “AGM Early Bird Registration” contest commences Jan. 31, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM (MT) and will end at 11:59:00 PM (MT) on March. 20, 2013 (the “Contest Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Only one entry per person. You must be a current practising or non-practising CARNA member in good standing and complete the conditions in Section 4 (How to Enter) by the end of the Contest Period. Employees and elected officers (and members of their immediate families and the same household) of CARNA are not eligible to win. For these Rules, “immediate family” means mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse, including common law spouse, regardless of where they reside.
3. PRIZES
There are two (2) tickets to either the April 19, 2013 Calgary Flames vs. Anaheim Ducks game in Calgary or the April 21, 2013 Edmonton Oilers vs. Anaheim Ducks game in Edmonton available to be won. Winner will choose which game they will attend. Travel and accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as and when awarded. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if the prize is not used. Prizes may not be redeemed nor exchanged for cash.
4. HOW TO ENTER
The following conditions must be met in order to enter the contest:
Register for the May 15, 2013 speaker luncheon with payment ($25) online at www.carna2013.ca on or before March 20, 2013.
5. RANDOM DRAW
Random draw will take place at the CARNA offices at 11620 168 Street, Edmonton, on Mar. 21, 2013. If the selected member cannot be confirmed a winner by email or telephone within two (2) business days of being contacted that entrant may be disqualified from the Contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants.
